President
Liviu Bulea (born 1989 in Turda) is an interdisciplinary artist, curator and cultural manager working across contemporary art, socially engaged practices and cultural production. His practice explores the relationship between memory, space and communities, focusing on collective histories, forgotten narratives and the impact of social and environmental transformations.
Working with photography, video, text, installation and found objects, he recontextualizes overlooked stories and personal archives, addressing themes such as post-industrial heritage, environmental issues and LGBTQ+ identity. His work has been presented in exhibitions at institutions and events including the European Investment Bank (Luxembourg), Cité Internationale des Arts (Paris), Urban Nation Museum (Berlin), Bucharest Biennale and the National Museum of Contemporary Art (Bucharest). He has participated in artist residencies at Cité Internationale des Arts (Paris), Urban Nation (Berlin) and KulturKontakt Austria, and his works are part of collections including the National Museum of Contemporary Art (Bucharest), Schwules Museum (Berlin), European Investment Bank (Luxembourg) and Brukenthal Museum (Sibiu).
Through his artistic, curatorial and organisational work, he develops platforms that support contemporary art, underrepresented voices and community-based practices.

Ada Aitonean, born in 1986 in Turda, Romania, is a writer of short stories and poetry, a project manager, and an IT engineer. She is interested in the way technology influences poetry and mental health, human sensitivity, and interpersonal relationships. She is also keen to investigate and reinterpret folktales on the brink of extinction.
Co-founder – On Paper: an affordable art fair
Maria Brudașcă (born 1989) is a visual artist working in the fields of graphic arts, illustration and animation. Her projects adress various social and community related topics, in which she explores and develops each context through drawing. In recent years she has been involved in several nonformal education programs, where she developed visual workshops for children and youth, with a focus on participants discovering new ways of self expression and visual storytelling using simple analog techniques.
Cultural Manager
Diana Moga (born 1989 in Deva) is a cultural manager working in the fields of performing arts, cultural production and project coordination. Her work focuses on developing and managing artistic projects that explore contemporary cultural practices, collaboration between creative disciplines and the relationship between artists, organisations and communities.
In recent years she has been involved in numerous local, national and European cultural projects, where she has coordinated artistic productions, festivals and community-based initiatives. Through her practice, she explores new ways of supporting artistic processes, developing sustainable cultural frameworks and connecting diverse audiences with contemporary performance and creative practices.
Dramaturg and Cultural Practitioner
Ana Cucu Popescu (born 1988 in Târgu Jiu) is a playwright and cultural practitioner working in the fields of dramaturgy, theatre education and creative writing. Her practice explores storytelling, personal development through writing and the relationship between contemporary theatre and different communities.
In recent years she has been involved in numerous educational and artistic projects, where she has developed creative writing and dramatic writing workshops for children, teenagers, young adults and intergenerational groups. She has collaborated with various cultural organisations and theatres, including MiniREACTOR, Reactor de creație și experiment, Cărturești România, Create.Act.Enjoy, Magic Puppet Theatre and Teatrul de Nord Satu Mare. Through her work, she focuses on creating accessible spaces for artistic expression, encouraging participants to discover new forms of storytelling and self-exploration through writing.
